Our General Manger Mr. Lee as an engineer of induction heating technologies for 10years and our Director Mr. Nien as an investor who comes from Taiwan together have established “Hitfar Electronic Technology Co., Ltd” in Tangxia Town, Dongguan City.

Through the efforts of Mr. Lee and Mr. Nien, they have successfully developed the first induction heater: 15kw high frequency induction heating machine with input power of 220v-1p and frequency from 30Khz to 100Khz.

Hitfar has passed the on-site acceptance and product quality sampling inspection by relevant experts of the National Induction Heat Treatment Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and obtained the "Induction Heat Treatment Machinery Product Production License" issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

As the current induction heating machines need water-cooled, our engineers are thinking to develop a kind of air-cooled induction heater, which can be more simple structured and saving more cost, that’s the electromagnet induction heater without water-cooling.

We’ve begun to devote ourselves to the application of electromagnetic induction heating energy-saving projects in the plastics industry, which can saving at least 30% electricity more than traditional heaters like resistance wire heater.

We’ve started to take further applications of air-cooled induction heater in wider range of industries. The most notable result is the successful development of the electromagnetic induction melting furnace, saving electricity and saving costs for most aluminum-zinc alloy die-casting plants!

The outbreak of COVID-19 (corona-virus disease 2019) had brought a very serious situation to us, our factory and company had been closed by the government for almost 3months.

Our company and factory was opened again and we’ve decided to develop the ultrasonic power controller which can be used for welding the non-woven fabric of masks and protection clothes by the request of local government as our company has been always in the line of power controller research and development. In just 15days, we put the ultrasonic power controller in production of quantities.
