Application Cases
Application Case: High frequency heating hardening for blades cutter and knife
Using Model NO.: ZG-HF40
High-frequency quenching or hardening is a completely different heat treatment process from high-frequency annealing. Annealing is a post-heat treatment that reduces thermal stress, refines the structure, and stabilizes the material structure at a lower temperature (different according to different materials and mechanical properties after annealing).
High frequency quenching is a typical performance heat treatment. It need worked at a very high temperature and use water or oil spraying rapid for cooling, and then the metallographic structure of the material changed, and the performance of the material is significantly improved.
In terms of the heat treatment process, the high frequency of quenching request more technology than that of annealing. That is, quenching is a very effective heat treatment, and the quenching process is more stringent and difficult to control. Also the quenching process of different materials and part sizes has a different structure requirement while annealing is much easier..
