The series of ultra-high frequency induction heating machine are widely applied in the field of heating, brazing, welding and melting of small metal and alloy parts or pieces like small cutting tools, spectacle frames, lamp filaments, small copper wires fishing, tackle etc., and also in the line of making gold and silver jewelries.
Operation Procedure
a. check all installation finished.
b. open the running water.
c. open the power supply switch (outside connection switch).
d. turn on the air-break switch (on the back of main power control cabinet).
e. switch on the on/off switch (on the front of main power control cabinet).
f. put crucible inside the induction ring and adjust them at the proper position.
h. adjust the heating current at the proper position ready for work.
i. put what need to melt inside the crucible, starting to work.
j. when need to stop working, please firstly step the pedal switch for turn off the induction rings heating. Secondly, turn off the on/off switch (on the front of main power control cabinet). Third, turn off the air-break switch (on the back of main power control cabinet). Then, turn off the power supply switch (outside connection switch). Finally, stop the running water.
