Installation steps
There must be insulating materials between wires and the part been heated. Insulating materials can be any materials, which can resist high temperature protection. For example, insulating material for barrel of plastic injection machine can be a glass fiber sheet of 15~30mm thickness.
1. Check all electric power being off.
2. Use insulation materials to cover the part/barrel/screw etc which need to heat.
- Insulation materials must be at least 15mm of thickness. Otherwise, the protection materials will be burned during long working and caused short circuit easily.
3. Use wires to winding on the surface of insulation one circle follow another.
- It doesn't matter if there's a gap between two circles or not, or two circles overlapped together.
4. Connect temperature sensor: one for each temperature zone.
5. Connect temperature controller to temperature sensor.
6. Connect temperature controller to main control board or main controller.
7. Connect 2ends of induction coil to main control board or main controller.
8. Connect earth wire/ground wire to main control board or main controller.
9. Connect live wire to main control board or main controller.
