Analysis of Common Problems in the Use of High Frequency Induction Heating Quenching machine

As more and more enterprises have used high frequency induction heating quenching machine, there must be many users who occasionally encounter operation failures during using and  forced to shutdown the machine. 1. When high frequency induction heating quenching machine has overheat protection alarming , the possible reasons are: too little cooling water, insufficient water flow, poor water quality, blocked waterways, etc.;

2.  high frequency induction heating quenching machine is very easy to jump and suddenly stops working. The possible reasons are: the speed of the work-piece entering and leaving the induction coil is too fast, there is a short-circuit ignition phenomenon between the workpiece and the induction coil or the induction coil itself, and the gap between the workpiece and the induction coil If it is too small, the shape and size of the self-made induction coil are incorrect;

3. When the water shortage protection alarm occurs, the reasons may be: the water pipe is reversely connected, the pump power or pressure flow is insufficient (the machine tool cooling pump cannot be used), the water quality is poor, and the waterway is blocked;

4. When the over-voltage protection alarm occurs, the reason may be: the grid voltage is too high and exceeds the rated voltage by more than 10%, and it is used when the power consumption is low;

5. When the over-current protection alarm occurs in the high-frequency quenching machine, the reasons may be: the shape and size of the self-made induction coil is incorrect, the distance between the work-piece and the induction coil is too small, there is a short circuit between the work-piece and the induction coil or the induction coil itself. A good induction coil is affected by the customer's metal fixture or adjacent metal objects during use;

6. When an alarm occurs in the lack of phase protection, the reasons may be: the three-phase power is seriously unbalanced, the three-phase power is missing one phase, the air switch or the power supply line has an open circuit, etc.
